A Danesfield House Wedding: Elegance and Beauty
Getting married is such a wonderful experience. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and should be treated as such. Because of that, it’s important to find the right wedding venue for you. There are so many great wedding venues. As a wedding photographer, I understand that not every venue is a perfect fit for every couple. As you start your wedding venue search, you may want to put Danesfield House in Buckinghamshire on your list of places to consider.
Danesfield House is located just outside of Marlow, approximately 7 miles from Junction 4 on the M40. The lush English countryside venue provides a quiet, beautiful setting for your wedding.
A wedding at Danesfield House is sure to be a great experience. One of the great things about this venue is that it is perfect for wedding parties of varying sizes.
The Versailles Suite, able to accommodate up to 120 people, is the largest of the venue’s indoor ceremony location options. With crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, and large windows, your guests are sure to enjoy the elegance of this option.
The Chiltern Suite
This is a great option for parties of up to 50 people. With great views of the gardens and the River Thames, there are sure to be some wonderful ceremony photograph to commemorate your special day.
The Oak Room
If your wedding party is a little smaller, the Oak Room might be a great option. This location can fit up to 30 guests. The hand-crafted oak-panelled walls and gorgeous chandelier make this a beautiful place for your wedding ceremony.
The Henley Room
The Henley Room, also able to accommodate up to 30 people, is another great option for couples wanting to have a small, intimate wedding ceremony. The bay windows combined with the beautiful chandeliers provide great lighting for a wedding ceremony in this blue and cream room.
For couples planning on about 200 guests, a marquee can be set-up on the grounds of the Danesfield House. This option allows your guests to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without worrying whether the weather will cooperate.
When you get married at Danesfield House, many great bonuses are included in your wedding package. For example, you can enjoy a three-course wedding breakfast that includes coffee, tea, and petits fours. You can also enjoy a reception with drinks and canapés. For an additional cost, you can expand on your wedding menu. Place settings, including place cards, menus, and table names or numbers are included in the package as well. Other things, such as decoration, lighting, and entertainment upgrades or use of a professional in-house makeup artist, can be added to your wedding package for an additional cost.
The couple gets to enjoy a few special bonuses just for them. You and your future spouse get to participate in a complimentary menu tasting, which allows you to pick just the right menu for your special day. You both also get a complimentary one-month spa membership good for the month prior to your wedding. This is a great way to relax when the stress of planning a wedding is getting to you.
Maybe one of the greatest bonuses you get as a couple is complimentary overnight accommodations in a River Suite. These rooms are spacious and beautiful. Your guests might also want to book a room after they realize how convenient it is to spend the night at the hotel.
The hotel has 79 beautiful bedrooms and suites available. The River Suites, which are included as part of each couple’s wedding package, include beautiful views of the gardens and of the River Thames. You, along with any guests who decide to spend the night, can enjoy complimentary WiFi accesses from your room as well as a luxurious ensuite bathroom and complimentary mini bar. Luxurious Damana bath and body products also come with your room. With some of the rooms, including the River Suites, you can even request access to a shared balcony.
Danesfield House provides an assortment of great room options ranging from a single room to the Stable Duplex. The Stable Duplex provides two stories of luxury. It includes access to a private courtyard as well as separate sitting and sleeping areas. No matter what bedroom option your guests choose, they are likely to feel pampered and pleased.
As a wedding photographer, I have to mention at least some of the great photo opportunities at this venue. Of course, each ceremony location has its own great photo opportunities. The gardens are also beautifully picturesque. Photos next to the beautiful fountain in the garden are also something you will likely treasure. Even the building itself provides some wonderfully beautiful photo opportunities. There are endless other great photo opportunities at this venue.
