The Ritz London Hotel Wedding

Stephanie and Neill’s chosen wedding venue needs little introduction. The Ritz London is a famous Grade II listed 5-star hotel in Piccadilly. Known for it’s luxury and designed in the opulent Louis XVI style, the hotel first opened it’s doors in 1906. It was the first hotel to receive a Royal warrant from HRH the Price of Wales for its banqueting services.
The Highlights
To follow are my five favourite photos from the day, but scroll down to look at all the highlights from Stephanie and Neil’s beautiful wedding at The Ritz London. I adore the dress reveal photo and the Father of the Bride’s expression. I also love the effect of the Franco-American architecture style as backdrop for the couple shots.
Bridal Preparations
The Ceremony
Accompanied by her father Stephanie made her way down the grand staircase. They walked through the long gallery and past the famous Palm Court where hotel guests were enjoying tea at The Ritz. The hotel pianist spontaneously played the wedding march and the guests clapped their hands in a show of support.
Afternoon Tea
Known for “Tea at The Ritz”, the hotel was the perfect choice for an afternoon tea wedding. Neill proposed over afternoon tea and the natural choice of venue was of course The Ritz London.
